Her understanding extends to customer service as well. She sent photos of my floorcloth at different stages of its creation. The packing of it was the best I've ever seen. The floorcloth looks absolutely perfect in our living room! I don't have the rest of the room staged very well right now--everything is changing. Today I unrolled the floorcloth, tomorrow the new sofa arrives, next week the reupholstered settee will be delivered. So right now, everything is pushed away to the perimeter of the room. But the colors in the floorcloth are gorgeous. I LOVE the way it turned out. I'll take another picture once the room is more complete, but I wanted you to see this right away.

Wonderful work!
My cats have had a very funny reaction to the floorcloths. They actually don't walk on them at all, but instead, tiptoe around the edges. It is funny to watch and I have no explanation for their behavior. I have had an atrocious problem with them in the past because they seem to think small area rugs are their litter boxes. I was hoping the floorcloths would solve that problem, and they definitely have.
